Job Description
Design & Develop LANs and/or drivers for RF power amplifier modules for wireless communication standards like GSM, CDMA, IxRTT, EDGE, UMTS and WCDMA etc.,
Design passive circuit components like filters, couplers and miscellaneous products
Design and oversee the fabrication of PCBs for prototypes and conduct laboratory tests

Desired Profile:
Working experience in the frequency range of 0 to 10 GHz Knowledge of amplifier topologies and their design Knowledge of various devices like MESFET, HBT, HEMT etc., Knowledge of matching circuits and Experience with components like couplers, dividers, filters, vector modulators, detectors and phase shifters etc., Experience with test equipment like spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, noise figure meters, vector signal analyzers and base station simulators for GSM, CDMA etc., Working knowledge of RF Transceiver architectures for wireless standards.
